3 Steps to Attract Better Relationships

For example, how many times have you found yourself in situations that left you feeling unhappy with a person, circumstance, or situation? As long as the Law of Attraction is only programmed to respond to what we ‘DON’T want’, it can only keep orchestrating that same script. We need to provide it with some NEW MATERIAL to work with. Consider what qualities you do need in a relationship such as security, affection, loyalty, companionship, and communication for example. Make it your purpose to focus on what you do want in relationships. Aim to no longer allows yourself to be disappointed or hurt in a relationship. Visualize yourself engaging with fulfilling and healthy relationships and make that a reality.

These three steps can help you create even more wonderful relationships:

Step 1

Create a comprehensive list of all of the aspects or experiences of past relationships that you’d rather not repeat, employing the T-tool or a blank piece of paper with a large ‘T’ drawn on it. On the left-hand side of the ‘T’, label it ‘I Don’t Want’, and on the right, ‘I Do Want’. Allow your unconscious mind to recall any experiences or situations from your past relationships that you would like to avoid. Clearly and succinctly describe each event that comes up in terms that accurately reflect its essence of it. Use a kind and supportive tone when writing.

Step 2

It’s common to experience the same old frustrations and dissatisfactions in our relationships time and time again. This often happens because when faced with things we don’t want, we don’t figure out what it is that we DO want. Taking a look at all the things on the list of ‘I don’t desireā€¦’ and asking ourselves a simple question can help us gain clarity on what our needs actually are; this can lead to more beneficial and fulfilling relationships.

Step 3

Be specific about what you want and how you want it.

When we write a script outlining how we want our relationships to be. We can use the power of the Law of Attraction to manifest this vision.

We can use words that evoke the feelings and emotions we desire, while also making sure they are realistic and achievable. By focusing our concentration on this Script and repeating it to ourselves, we can actively create the relationships we want in life.

We can give the Law of Attraction some fresh material to work with. And empowered with new possibilities, it will help make our desires a reality.

When all the components of the brain are activated, a strong and clear message is broadcasted to the Universe.

I like to end my prayers with a statement that helps me let go of ‘how’ the desired outcome will come to pass, allowing the Law of Attraction to take over and manifest it in the most effortless manner.

It’s essential to remember that the Law of Attraction only gives us what we manifest with our energy. Therefore, if we wish to have more rewarding connections, it’s crucial to change our dominant vibration to match the forms of experiences we are aiming to gain.
